More importantly, the sector is growing at 10% per annum, which is truly impressive considering we are three years into a global recession in which rents have fallen by 10%. Fortunately, the recession is enabling the stronger providers to grow more aggressively by leasing and buying extra space at a discount from the rents seen at the top of the market.
