The Title Plan and copy of the Registered Title identifies numerous plots of land which have been sold (indicated in green block and blue outline) to other parties leaving a pepper-potted residue of land making up the subject site (indicated in salmon pink) which includes a swathe of amenity land running along the southern boundary. DESCRIPTION:
The original site extended to approximately 22.38 acres of land forming part of the former RAF Airfield at Winkleigh.
