Colliers Q3 2013 Transactions

A summary of some of the deals transacted by the Colliers International Investment Team in Q3 2013.

The year end rush is in full flow as investors clamour to secure deals to ensure completion by the end of Q4. Stock of any volume seems to be entering the best bids phase during the middle weeks of October. Q4 could see deal volumes of £11 -12 bn compared to £8.9 bn last year. Yields are compressing at the same time and not just in London.

Quality regional assets are attracting institutional and private equity interest. The only question is whether the frenzy in the investment market will roll in to 2014.
