Nominations for this year’s Insider Property Industry Awards, which recognises the commercial property market, will have to be made before the deadline on July 5th if they want a chance to win a coveted prize.
The awards look at market achievements from the past 12 months, particularly special deals and large developments that have been achieved. Focus will be placed on the growing optimism within the sector.
The ceremony will take place at New Dock Hall in Leeds on September 25th. There will be special categories for developers, contractors and architects, whilst buildings themselves will be celebrated for boosting local economies and business.
The evening will be compered by comedian Fred McAuley who appears regularly on ‘Have I Got News For You’, ‘Mock The Week’ and ‘QI’, in addition to a host of radio programmes.

The evening drinks reception starts at 19.00 BST. The evening is due to draw to a close at approximately 22.30 BST, with a bar open until late afterwards.
