TSP is both RICS accredited and regulated, and BIFM accredited. As a newer firm in the property industry they have approached their work in a modern and fresh way, incorporating new technology and processes wherever possible. Of course for any new firm ‘experience’ is critical. Goodman & Abramson have overseen the acquisition of over 1.5m square feet of property for their clients during TSPs tenure. They asset manage £50m+ of property a figure which is constantly rising. Between them they have formed a team at TSP that boasts over 50 years’ experience in both the property and charity sectors.
